Languedoc-Roussillon enjoys the full benefit
of the nearby Mediterranean.
That means
a mild climate with about
300 days sun per year.
In the summer it can be hot, and the
trees and lush vegetation around the farm and the oak give
welcome shade.
In spring, autumn and even during a hard winter,
we enjoy plenty of pleasant sunshine. |
|
In spring the farm is awash
with colour from buds, blossom, flowers, birds and butterflies
which burst out everywhere in abundance.
The autumn leaf fall from oak, beech and chestnut works
true magic with brushing a wonderfully beautiful palette
on the valley slopes.
Whereas the plains only 15 miles away frequently have temperatures
rising to 40 degrees Centigrade - we tend to enjoy temperatures
5 degrees cooler, |
|
with
mild nights (perfect for sleeping) - a true blessing.

take into account that as in all mountains, the
